About Us

Forrest Personnel: changing lives and strengthening communities.

Forrest Personnel has supported Western Australian communities with employment services for more than 35 years. Today we are a leading boutique employment service with a presence in 27 metropolitan, regional, and remote WA communities.

We deliver DES, NDIS, psychosocial support and commercial employment services for people with disability, illness, or injury.

Our Purpose

We believe the opportunity to engage in employment is a fundamental human right, but it’s a right too few people enjoy.

We believe that meaningful work which harnesses every person’s ability is a powerful catalyst for broader change – in the life of an individual, the flourishing of families and the strength of a community.

We know that being employed can be life changing. Recognising, nurturing, and developing people’s unique abilities in inclusive and accessible workplaces, can profoundly improve physical, mental, and financial wellbeing – as well as connection to community.

How we work

We connect people to jobs.

1)We help people find a job.  We work hand in hand with each participant of our services to understand their needs and career goals and put in place a comprehensive support to help them get ready for employment, then find a suitable job.

2)We help businesses find staff.  We form deep and long-term partnerships with our employer partners to understand their staffing needs and create workforce solutions through our range of services.  We promote the real business benefits of an inclusive workforce and introduce businesses to local experienced and skilled workers, and provide access to funding and resources which support a successful inclusive workforce.

Our service philosophy

Forrest Personnel is committed to becoming a truly participant-led organisation, with continually improving and co-designed person-centered services, deeply immersed in our local communities.

We listen to the people we are here for, and we partner with organisations and stakeholders across community, business, and government, who share our values and believe in our purpose.
