Lynne joined Forrest Personnel in 2021 and brings over 20 years of experience as a CEO in the community and disability sectors working with a range of organisations in Tasmania, NSW and ACT. She has significant experience in cultural, organisational and financial transformation, particularly during periods of substantial change. Lynne holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Certified Practising Accountant and applies strong strategic leadership, lateral thinking and exceptional abilities at marshalling resources to gain the best outcomes for the people we serve.

Renae Hartmann - Head of Service Delivery
Renae joined Forrest Personnel in 2022, she has 12 years’ experience in the Disability Sector focusing on Employment. Renae has developed award winning programs for service provision of employment supports for people with disability, as well as working with a Partner in the Community delivering the NDIS LAC program. She has held a number of positions on reference and working groups including – the National Disability Insurance Agency’s Employment Reference Group and has contributed to NDIS Employment supports funding reviews. Renae has lived experience of Disability as a carer and is passionate about person centred service delivery and support for our participants to be empowered to build their own future. She has a background in business, hospitality and event management and holds qualifications in Business Management, Leadership and Management, and Communication.

Christian Cuthbert - Head of ICT
Christian joined Forrest Personnel in January 2022 and brings over 25 years’ experience in the ICT sector where he’s held senior leadership roles in organisations ranging from start-ups to for-purpose and multinational organisations. Christian holds Bachelors’ degrees in Computing and Commerce, is a certified PRINCE2 project manager and is working towards a Masters in Cyber Security. He is passionate about technology and how best to leverage ICT to enable Forrest Personnel to achieve the best outcomes for the people we serve.

Will Kestin - Head of Transformation and Change Management
Will joined Forrest Personnel in January 2022, following his previous role as National General Manager, Organisational Development for Corporate Media Services. Will served as the Tasmanian State representative on the Australian Industry and Skills Committee (AISC) which advises the Commonwealth, State Ministers, industry sectors and community groups on the implementation of national vocational education requirements. His career includes 19 years in industry peak body executive management, 14 years in ICT, and almost three years as State Manager Tasmania for National Disability Services.

Lee-Ann Hassim - Chief Financial Officer
Lee-Ann has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Science and is a CAANZ Provisional member with 20 years of experience in leading national and international industries such as education, mining power generation, logistics and beverage co-packing. Working as a key finance business advisor and decision support at strategic and operational levels, Lee-Ann focusses on results and company strategic targets through efficiency and productivity improvement while simultaneously responding to ever changing market conditions. Lee-Ann is passionate about supporting organisational sustainability through driving growth and development.

Stacie Standen - Senior Manager Projects, Facilities & Fleet
Having joined Forrest Personnel in 2019, Stacie brings a wealth of knowledge in planning and project management skills having worked previously as an Assistant Producer in the commercial entertainment industry in the Eastern States, where she delivered live performances to large audiences. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management from WA Academy of Performing Arts. With a shift in professional focus, Stacie then worked in executive administration in the areas of mental health and residential aged care before commencing with Forrest Personnel, where she’s dedicated to supporting quality operational systems and continuous improvement across all areas of service support.

Jane Moore - Executive Officer Organisational Culture
Commencing with Forrest Personnel in 2022, Jane comes to the organisation from Tasmania with an extensive background in administration and business services in the education and disability sectors. With experience in establishing and transforming organisational culture, Jane has a commitment to creating positive workplace environments and improving the wellbeing of employees.

Sian Manning - Executive Assistant
Sian joined Forrest Personnel as the Executive Assistant to the CEO in 2022 and brings over 12 years of administration experience to the role. Sian has demonstrated experience with all administrative tasks, including organisation skills, scheduling, and correspondence all within a fast-paced environment. Sian is passionate about providing exceptional level of support to the Office of the CEO as all high performing Executives require effective and efficient assistance.

Damien Brennan - Company Secretary
- Damien joined Forrest Personnel as its Company Secretary in May 2022. Along with an extensive background in law, Damien has substantial experience in Chairing committees in the education and not for profit sector, and in facilitating conciliation and mediation conferences. Damien is a strong and passionate advocate for equality and non-discrimination and has significant experience in the domestic violence sector. Damien holds a Bachelor of Laws and is a qualified Arbitrator and Mediator. He also holds qualifications in Small Business Management and Work Health and Safety and is a qualified Trainer and Assessor.
