Forrest Personnel – Bunbury, Spencer Street office is dedicated to delivering NDIS Services.
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) funds a range of supports to assist participants achieve their employment goals. Our Forrest Personnel Bunbury NDIS team provides mentorship and development opportunities for eligible people with disabilities who need extra help to pursue their employment goals.

School Leaver Employment Supports
Forrest Personnel is a Registered NDIS provider of School Leaver Employment Supports or SLES.
Our Bunbury SLES Mentors promote opportunities for sustainable long-term employment for young people with disabilities. As well as developing job skills and building the confidence and aspirations of young people, our SLES Mentors can also work with your school to build pathways for young people with disabilities between school and work.

As a Bunbury NDIS Provider, Forrest Personnel Mentors promote opportunities for sustainable long-term employment for people with disabilities.

- workplace assistance – on-the-job training and intermittent support with daily work tasks. Direct supervision and/or group-based support to enable meaningful participation at work.
Forrest Personnel Mentors work within a customised employment framework this includes.
Discovery – This stage focuses on getting to know you and working out the kinds of supports that work best for you, as well as your:
- strengths
- qualities
- skills
- interests
- preferences
This information is used to find a work pathway that best suits you.
- Job creation
This stage uses information from the Discovery stage to create a job that suits you. This could be a job created with an employer, or it could be self-employment in a microenterprise.
NDIS Social Community Participation
This support enables you to take on an active role in your local community, empowering you to pursue your goals. Forrest Personnel Mentors can support you to make meaningful opportunities relating to participating in community, social or recreational activities.
